i. Power for converter 1 and 2.
P1 = Ed1Id1
= 450 x 1850
= 832500 W
P2 = 450 x 350
= 157500 W.

P = P1 – P2
= 832500– 157500
= 675000W

iii. Triggering angle for converter 1 and 2.
Ed1 = 1.35E cos a1
450 = 1.35 x 357 cos a1
cos a1 = 0. 0,9337
a1 = 20.98°
a2 = 180° - a1
= 180° - 20.98 °
= 159.02°

iv. Input reactive power.
Q1 = P1tan a1
= 832500 tan 12.61°
= 319 230 var
Q2 = P2tan a2
= - 157500 tan 159.02°
