1.                   Supply voltage = 450V dengan circulating current= 1550 A. Id1= 1850 A, Id2= 350 A. If line voltage =357V for both converter, calculate:
                                 i.            Power for converter 1 and 2.    
P1        =             Ed1Id1
                                 =             450 x 1850
                                 =             832500 W
P2    =              450 x 350
                                =              157500 W.

                                ii.            Input active power.
P      =              P1 – P2
                                =              832500157500
                                =              675000W

                              iii.            Triggering angle for converter 1 and 2.
                   Ed1             =  1.35E cos a1
   450        = 1.35 x 357  cos a1
   cos a1   = 0. 0,9337
                        a   =  20.98°
                       a2      =  180° - a1  
               =  180° - 20.98 °
                                =  159.02°

                              iv.            Input reactive power.
           Q1                 =  P1tan a  
                                = 832500 tan 12.61°
