WASH YOUR FACE

Washing Acne-Prone Skin

1.       Wash your skin twice a day.
2.       Use a cleanser formulated for acne-prone skin. Regular commercial facial cleansers often contain ingredients that make acne worse. Choose a cleanser that is specifically designed to be used on acne-prone skin.
3.       Do not scrub your face.
4.       Avoid using hot water. Hot water can cause facial skin to become red and inflamed.
5.       Pat your face dry gently.
6.       Finish with oil-free moisturizer.
